This is a Construction Gear item.

When combined with a Construction Gear Weapon and Armor, this can prove to be one of the most powerful rings in the game. When including equip stats, this set grants a total of +160 HP, +120 MP, +16 ATT, +12 SPD, +20 VIT, and +12 WIS. This is more than double that of the Omnipotence Ring. In addition, the reactive proc grants extra tankiness and spellcasting ability.

The main downside is that this ring is limited to Reconstruction events. As of the time of writing, there have been a total of 3 Reconstruction events, meaning 3 chances to get this item. The other downside is that it requires you to use T12 and T13 equipment, so endgame items like the Oryx’s Sanctuary UTs are likely stronger.

The Construction Gear set is best used on classes with strong tiered weapons, like Staff and Sword classes. Losing even 1 piece of the set will greatly lower its bonuses.
