This is a Construction Gear item.

When combined with a Construction Gear Weapon and Armor, this can prove to be one of the most powerful rings in the game, granting a bonus of +120 HP and MP and +12 to each other stat, excluding DEX and DEF (+20 VIT when considering bonuses from the other Construction Gear pieces). On top of the incredible stat bonuses, it also grants an additional +6 ATT and +40 HP on equip, as well as reactive procs which provide extra tankiness and spellcasting ability. The only downside is that you have to get 49,000 points in the MotMG: Reconstruction campaign to obtain the ring, truly a daunting task.

This item is best used on classes that don’t usually need to swap out their primary weapon, as removing the weapon results in a huge loss of stats. However, if you choose to use it, choose wisely; it was only possible to obtain this item once from the campaign, and it does not drop normally outside of special events.
