Notes: In many cases, holding on to a lower tier ability for the sake of applying a debuff at cheaper costs tends to be a good move. However, in the case of the waki this is not true due to the extremely low duration. You would be better served taking the Jade-Imbued Wakizashi or the Royal Wakizashi simply due to their much longer exposed duration. Plus the far greater damage output is a bonus.
