Notes
This robe is unlike most other robes, providing a decent increase to HP, and a sharp increase in VIT, with the +20 VIT passive and the +125 VIT proc. This puts most robe classes at around 185-190 VIT, except for the Sorcerer, which increases to a whopping 220 VIT, reducing the In Combat duration to its minimum of 1 second. The HP regen when In Combat is about half as effective as a max divine pet, and is doubled when Out of Combat, making this robe appealing to petless players.
Because this robe reduces the IC duration to 1 second, it is useful when paired with Warmonger or Dusky Catalyst, as both these weapons will have their debuff durations effectively cut down to about a second, allowing more freedom when dodging.

Before Exalt Version 2.3.0.0 (Mar 2022), this item’s reactive proc gave 
Energized for 5 seconds when In Combat with a 5 second cooldown.
