This used to be the Celestial Blade. However, due to the duplication glitch of March 2013, a hot-fix was sent out that changed the Celestial Blade into this as well as 3 other item swaps. The Useless Katana was also handed out to everyone in a free 2013 April fools day package.
The item is now regarded as a vanity item as it does less damage than the t0 katana and is very rare among the community.
