The Agents of Oryx Weapons are limited availability untiered weapons, themed on Oryx the Mad God and his minions. They each have a 5% fame bonus and 500 feed power.
These items were brought into the game in Patch X.32.0.4 (Oct 2019), available via collecting 25 Shard of the Mad God and exchanging them for an Agents of Oryx Weapon chosen at random.
Since Patch X.32.4.1 (Jan 2020), the Shard of the Mad God no longer drop from regular events, and are replaced by the Shard of the Doorwarden instead, so Oryx Weapons are no longer obtainable.
These items are 
soulbound and cannot be traded.
