This ring gives the same amount of DEF as an Ring of Exalted Defense, making it a direct upgrade from the ring since it gives an HP and MP bonus as well.

History:
This item used to drop in a cyan bag before the addition of orange bags in Patch X.18.0 Halloween Madness.

This ring used to lack the +1 ATT it now has, which was originally on the Pixie-Enchanted Sword instead.

In Patch X.31.8.0, all currently-existing Ring of Pure Wishes were turned into Legacy Ring of Pure Wishes items. The stats and effects of this item changed, with the legacy ring keeping the old stats and effects.
