This item will instantly restore 150 HP to the wearer when they take damage under 300 HP, if not under cooldown. It does not increase or decrease any stats.

It is recommended to not have this ring permamently equipped due to lacking any useful stats, the best way to use it is to quickly change it with your main ring if you’re under 300 HP. Try not to throw it out, however, as the Entropy Reactor it builds into is incredibly powerful.
