It is not recommended to wear this armor without having the full set, as the loss of Attack and lesser Defense will hurt in the long run. 5 Speed can help get you away from tricky spots, but Beehemoth Armor provides the same amount of speed without the 5 Def reduction, making Apiary Armor a poor choice for any situation without the rest of the Swarming Huntress set.
