History:
This item used to drop in a cyan bag before the addition of orange bags in Patch X.18.0 Halloween Madness.

Before Patch X.20.0, this ring only gave +25 HP, +4 DEX, and -2 SPD, the +4 VIT and +4 WIS originally being on the Etherite Dagger instead.
