Notes:
This katana has a very interesting history. It was originally accidentally released in Release 11 along with the Lair of Draconis as a drop from the original black dragon named Thanatos. However, in a duping hotfix, it was transformed into the Useless Katana, which still exists to this day.
When the Lair of Draconis was officially released in Release 22, a new version of the weapon, renamed to Annoying Firecracker Katana, dropped from the new version of the black dragon named Feargus. The firecracker katana was considered a heavy nerf from the Celestial Blade because of its short effective range, shorter true range, and the fact that it only barely outdamaged the Doku No Ken until about 5 defense.
In Build X10.3, the AFK was changed to its current form, the Sullen Blade, which has a much higher damage output and a longer effective range, making it much more viable, if not more practical.
The new version of the Celestial Blade (the stats of which you see above) has been found in recent public testing builds. It is slated to replace the Sullen Blade when the revamped Lair of Draconis is released. However, no timeframe has been provided as to when this will occur.
This katana has considerably higher DPS than other katanas. However, this is balanced by the slight spread of the shots and the fact that it does not pierce enemies. It is thus, essentially, a leaf bow for katana classes.
