Notes
A unique star that offers no buffs when held but instead upon use creates a blooming flower at the cursor location which after a delay of 1.5 seconds explodes and deals a flat 900 damage to all targets within the 3.5 tile explosion radius. It should be noted that one could also use the AoE effect to deal damage from behind walls or obstacles, giving the star some extra utility.
The star projectile itself has less average damage than the T4 Wind Circle but this combined with the explosion can deal 1300 to 1500 damage to a single target.
However, missing the star or the AoE can prove a large loss to damage.
Trivia
Hanagasaku roughly translates to “flowers bloom” (花が咲く道) in Japanese.
History
Before Exalt Version 1.3.2.0 (Feb 2021), this item’s explosion range was 3 tiles, costed 120 MP, and the Vitality bonus was +4. This item also had the following sprite:
