This armor isn’t usually seen being worn on maxed characters due to the fact that the Spectral Cloth Armor boasts little defense with the added offensive power being marginal. On top of that, the fame bonus is only 2%, half of that of the Hydra Skin Armor and even less that of most UT Leather Armors.
It’s still not a bad idea to use, and is often used by Archers alongside the Doom Bow, the Quiver of Thunder, and the Ring of Unbound Attack to achieve a fearsome 92 Attack with the most powerfully-damaging projectile in the game.
