Notes
This is a Mistake Gear item.
An Aprils Fools 2020 vanity item. The star inflicts the confused status effect, which makes it hard to tell where the shuriken will be thrown. It could still potentially be useful if the player was willing to stand on top of an enemy as any shot direction would still connect. It could also have a use in learning to better control player movement under the confused debuff.
