Notes
The Wakizashi of Eastern Winds is an interesting wakizashi that greatly serves samurai looking to build around inflicting the Exposed debuff for as long, and as much as possible.

This wakizashi applies Exposed for 1 second longer than the Royal Wakizashi, making it an excellent supportive tool for debuffing a strong foe. Additionally, the wavy shot pattern increases the likelihood that a shot will connect and apply the debuff. Furthermore it provides an ample increase to SPD and DEX which allows the samurai to be more agile and evade shots with greater ease.

However, this wakizashi is not ample for inflicting reliable amounts of damage. This waki has one extra shot and a much wider range of damage than a tiered wakizashi, thus making it inferior unless you are able to land every single shot. A feat that is difficult due to the wavy pattern in each bullet. Notably, however, all 5 of the shots from this ability share a common origin point related to your cursor when cast, so by putting an enemy in the exact spot where all of the shots begin, you can succeed in dealing the full damage of this ability to a target. This is largely unneccessary though, as Royal Wakizashi and Wakizashi of Crossing Fires are both easier to aim and do not require you to aim your weapon shots away from your target to achieve largely the same result.

This wakizashi does have a slightly higher maximum range compared to a tiered wakizashi, which can allow a samurai to hang back just a little bit farther. Shots also come from the right instead of the left, requiring users of this ability to account for the difference in projectile angle to land hits.
