Unlike most other stars, this star does not have an effect when held, instead providing a temporary ATT boost when activated. Its primary merit lies in its ability to fire a spread of three piercing kunai blades whenever the player is damaged every 2 seconds, allowing them to deal extra damage to enemies whenever they are hit.

Note that “retaliate with 3 kunais when hit” is grammatically incorrect, as the plural of “kunai” is still “kunai.”
