Notes
This robe first appeared as a new item in RIFTS: On Thin Ice (December 2019) as a direct drop from Esben the Unwilling, and completing Mad Pass Quest 7 at The Tinkerer in RIFTS earns the item as a reward in Original mode if a Mad Pass has been purchased.

The stats on this robe are not very impressive, with defense equal to the T11 Robe of the Moon Wizard, and no boost to MP and WIS. However, this robe offers a reasonable +6 ATT and +60 HP, as well as the ability to slow enemies when taking damage.

Although this robe has to potential to inflict Red Down Arrow Slowed onto huge groups of enemies at once, it requires the user to be hit, which can be dangerous given that this robe provides fairly low def. The ability also only has a 20% chance of triggering upon getting hit and a 5 second cooldown, which makes it hard to rely on as a main slowing tool.

This item’s art appears to be based off of an old unused sprite from the Kabam era that was probably meant to be for a robe that dropped from Esben:
