Helms (Rev. 29)

Helms are used by Warriors to apply the Speedy status to themselves, and the Berserk status to themselves and others around them. Each helm also gives a defense bonus to the wearer upon equip. Most helms have a cooldown lasting 1 second longer than its duration time and thus have a downtime of one second. Cooldowns are listed for a helm only when they deviate from the one second downtime. All helms provide berserk to all allies within range, and speedy to the user, unless stated otherwise.
