This Helm costs a significant amount of MP to activate and has a slightly shorter Berserk duration than the T6 Helm. It makes up for this by granting a significant DEX boost on use (which will be further amplified by the Berserk effect), but also lowers ATT by a fair amount as well. It also has a 1/4 chance to deal huge burst damage to all enemies in a wide area, allowing it to help deal more AoE damage.
Balancing the lowered damage with the huge fire rate buff can be a little tricky. How detrimental the ATT decrease is compared to the DEX buff depends on the user’s weapon choice. Weapons with lower base damage and high fire rates would suffer from this, but slower weapons that hit harder would benefit. In addition, Warrior’s ATT cap is far higher than their DEX cap, which helps mitigate the ATT loss. Ignoring all stats from gear, a maxed Warrior under the influence of this Helm would still have 80 DEX and 60 ATT. However, if you want to optimize its performance, choosing an appropriate weapon would likely help.
It’s also worth noting that the ATT debuff lasts twice as long as the DEX buff - meaning that even when the DEX and Berserk buffs wear off, the user will still suffer from reduced ATT.
