Part of the Legacy Swoll Paladin Set.

Unlike tiered seals, the Legacy Seal of the Enchanted Forest only provides one of the positive status effects (it only gives temporary max HP increase) to the player or nearby allies. However, it can be used to slow nearby enemies, which in some cases can be useful.

Descriptions in-game are currently bugged, causing WIS-affecting equipment to appear to have twice the effect they really do (this effect is only for the descriptions, not the actual result). This page shows the actual formulas, not the ones based off the (incorrect) descriptions.

History

This ability item used to be the Seal of the Enchanted Forest until Patch X.31.8.0 when a new version of the Swoll Paladin Set was released with a soulbound Seal of the Enchanted Forest. At this time the Legacy seal was replaced as a drop by the new version.
