These items function almost identically to a regular Health Potion, but are INCREDIBLY rare. There are 6 seperate versions of this potion, with the names “Potion of Health1, Potion of Health2, Potion of Health3, Potion of Health4, Potion of Health5, and Potion of Health6”.
These potions were the result of poor initial implemention of health potion hotslots. They are no longer obtainable, but are still tradeable and therefore purchaseable.
The only functional difference between numbered health potions and the regular kind is that due to their different IDs, they cannot be put into the same potion hotslot. You can also put different types of numbered health potions in different hotslots, something you cannot do with normal health potions. However, this has no practical use as these are better options which are also not worth a serious fortune.
