This orb gives the Slowness effect for a short amount of time to enemies. However, it has a shorter stasis time than a T1 orb, a higher MP cost (90), and has a short range. Because of this, this is not a very good orb to use except in situations where you want to slow enemies (or, a single enemy due to the short range).
A better use for this is to feed it to one of your Pets, due to it having a feed power of 450.
