The Oryx Admiral is an enemy that is found in the Lost Halls. It is a member of the Oryx Infantry group.
A part of Oryx’s mission to stop the Marble Colossus. Despite their high rank, they are mostly outcasts still trying to prove their worth.- Original Description

Unlike the other Infantry members, does not circle the Champion. Dashes at players while invulnerable, attempting to get in the middle of their group. While it is doing this, it will alternate between wide spreads of purple blasts that Confuse or pairs of piercing daggers. After a few seconds, it will drop its invulnerability (and will never be able to use it again).

One of the more dangerous enemies due to its ability to infiltrate large groups and cause mayhem from within. It is often hard to see the Admiral in a large group, so look for a red dot on the minimap within the group of players. It can do significant damage with its shotgun and inflicts the confused debuff, so focus on it as soon as possible.
The Admiral is rather vulnerable to crowd-control effects, so paralyzing or slowing him will stop him from dashing into your ranks.
Many players refer to the Admiral as “Mario” due to his color palette and sprite resembling Mario from the Mario Brothers Franchise.
