This item used to be purchasable from the Nexus for 50 Fame somewhat over 6 years ago. It was then quite a rare drop and considered a collectable until Patch: 32.4.1 where the drop rate of Pirate Rum was increased from a rare drop to a guaranteed drop from Dreadstump the Pirate King.
