This electrical rod is actually used to remove rust from machine parts through electrolysis. When used on a living or artificial creature however, the shock causes muscles to tense and circuits to go haywire, reducing the assailant’s power. |

Notes
This Scepter is one of an elusive few items that can inflict the Weak status on enemies. Weak cannot be resisted and reduces the affected enemy’s damage output by 10%, making it an universal support tool; it especially shines in highly damaging dungeons or boss fights where enemies may do hundreds of damage per hit. Because of the nature of Scepters, it can apply the debuff to multiple targets from long range, and it boasts a relatively cheap MP cost to make the debuff spammable.
Although this Scepter provides a heavy WIS bonus and damage comparable to a T6 Scepter of Storms along with its cheap MP cost, it still gets solidly outdamaged by DPS-focused scepters like the Scepter of Devastation, which may be preferable if pure damage is favored over the supportive Weak debuff.
