Notes
Part of the Agents of Oryx Abilities.

This scepter’s ability to fire a dazing radial burst every 8 seconds allows its user to cripple enemy firepower while dealing additional damage. While this ability is very powerful, its cooldown makes it something that can’t be relied on too often.

In terms of direct damage, this scepter deals more damage than all tiered scepters and scales very well with WIS, but also has a higher MP cost compared to most scepters. It also targets comparatively few enemies compared to its alternatives, and it requiring 15 WIS to get a new target means that it’s difficult to increase this number. However, unlike most scepters, its damage is not decreased over subsequent targets.

The nova shots have the following projectile sprite, although they come in multiple sizes:
AoO Scepter Shot
