Usage: Activates the Shield Monument, one of three monuments needed to access Oryx’s Sanctuary.
Restoration: Upon deactivation of the Shield Monument, this item will be dropped on the ground.
Warning: Oryx’s Sanctuary is only available on the RotMG Exalt client!
