The Spectral Sentry is an enemy that can be found in the Lost Halls.

Spawns at the beginning of the Lost Halls in a random room and aimlessly wanders the halls. Upon seeing a player, it will immediately fire a nonstop, omnidirectional flurry of multicolored shots. However, it will not chase players, instead continuing to traverse the halls.

He is completely invulnerable, so fighting him is pointless. Do not let him sit on you unless you wish to die an instantaneous death from the flurry of armor-piercing shots. Your only option is to pray he doesn’t find you, and if he does, your only option is to flee. As taken from the original Document:
