The Tablet of the King’s Avatar is based off an older unreleased UT spell, the Penetrating Blast Spell.
As of now, this is the only Spell whose bullets hit multiple targets, but for almost twice as much Mana as the Tier 6 Elemental Detonation Spell for the same average damage as the Tier 4 Destruction Sphere Spell. Although the Tablet is very good for crowd control, it is recommended to use a Tiered Spell for most other situations due to its lack of damage.
