Archangel’s Judgement has the second highest damage output against foes with <15 DEF, losing only to the Corruption Cutter. Although it beats Avarice until 15 DEF and Dire Hatred until 25 DEF, it can be hard to land all 4 shots without being incredibly close to the target. This makes it optimal on Rogue as he can often cloak to get closer to enemies; however, the Corruption Cutter is still always more effective.
