For a long time, this item lost much of its use with the release of functional pets.

With the ability to place Ichors in consumable slots after Exalt Version 1.3.0.0 (Dec 2020), Healing Ichors can now be a superior replacement to / used alongside Healing Potions.

They can still see use if doing solo dungeons or no-pet challenges, although Fire Water heals more in comparison.
