Helpless Souls deal only a small amount of damage, but inflict Sick, which will prevent you from being healed for a short period of time. Try to coordinate with priests so that you will be able to fully receive their healing.
Due to their relatively ignorable damage, these should not be taken as a major threat by maxed players. Their base damage is only dangerous in a group. The real threat of these guys is how they inflict Sick and Bleeding. This can add up over time if you aren’t watching your health, so it may be wise to kill these guys while you have the chance if you are in a smaller group.
