This enemy does not attack.
Duke Poenitet spawns in a random spot by the shore of the Derelict Village if the Void Phantasm and Stone Idol have been defeated, beginning the “Hard Mode” of the Shatters. When approached, he will react by saying a few lines of dialogue.
”Any minute now…why must these crooks delay further?”
“Ohhh…this cannot be, he cannot be…”
“The adage, yes…yes, remember the adage! For They will deliver us, er, fr-from the shackles of…?”
“No, I will forget like this! The words, the words, only the words They asked…”
After saying the above lines, the Duke will start reciting the poem used to solve the 2021 Easter ARG, restarting endlessly each time he reaches the end. No further interaction can occur with him at this point.
