Transcendent Spana has a chance to be found in the church of the Derelict Village. When approached, he will wander in place while responding with a few lines of dialogue.
“Child, have you come in search of protection? A shelter from the cruelty of the roaming ones?”
“Fear has no place here, you have my word. So long as you have faith.”
“Aah, there is no need for reply, I know your heart well. But the mind…is a separate matter.”
Spana will then say one of the following dialogues at random:
”Would you profess yourself to the Empyrean Ones? A test of conviction for many, but for you, it should merely require your naked eye.”
“Witness our surroundings, child. Do I appear harmed, or so much as touched? I should think not.”
“No hex nor sorcery would cause such an immaculate still. Indeed, this is a miracle of the divine, and They alone.”
“That graven image, is it not glorious? Revelatory, even! Hm hm hmmm!”
“Some around here suggest it to have lost its luster, but…well, I simply could not disagree more.”
“It is…sublime.”
“You appear perturbed, but not like those around us. No, they have tragically been led astray. It is most troubling, would you not agree?”
“Yet here they muse, confounded by the displeasure of the Empyrean Ones. As though their transgression from the embrace is not clear?”
“Hm hmmm…it has been much too long since our last communion. That must change.”
After he finishes all of his dialogue, he will keep wandering, and cannot be interacted with any further.
