This is a Mistake Gear item.
One of the April Fools abilities added later for Bard. Unlike other lutes, the effects of this lute only applies to its user. Furthermore the user recieves the inverse of what a tiered lute would normally give.
Trivia
This item is a reference to the first Bard Public Testing, where a blatantly overpowered lute named “Lullaby” was added.
