This item was the first of its kind; in that equipping more items of the ST set directly and explicitly boosts the ability. While rather weak by itself compared to even Tiered lutes, the Angel’s Fanfare when empowered by several or all of the Angelic Bard set items becomes an extremely versatile tool that bolsters both offensive power and survivability with its wide range of buffs.
Chief Beisa will drop the Angel’s Fanfare at a higher rate compared to the other bosses.
