Pharaoh’s Ward Cooldown: 15 seconds
This is a defense-oriented lute that occupies the opposite niche as the offense-oriented Wavecrest Concertina. Notably, this item is the only consistent source of inflicting Weak on enemies in the game. This effect reduces enemy attack damage by 10%, which seems small, but can make a difference with endgame enemies that may inflict hundreds of damage per shot.
The reactive proc of the item also helps with survivability, though its rather lengthy cooldown prevents it from being too powerful.
Unlike tiered lutes, this item (along with the Wavecrest Concertina) does not have a cooldown for ability use. A cooldown only exists for the proc.
