This is a Mistake Gear item.
One of the April Fools abilities added later for Bard. Unlike other lutes, the effects of this lute only applies to its user. Furthermore the user receives the inverse of what a tiered lute would normally give.
History
Before Exalt Version 2.0.0.0 (Aug 2021), this item was soulbound.
Trivia
This item is a reference to the first Bard Public Testing, where a blatantly overpowered lute named “Lullaby” was added. Part of the Lullaby’s effects were repurposed into the Pharaoh’s Requiem.
Although the Lullaby claims to give the player the “Uninspired” effect, in reality this is just the Inspired effect but with a 0.25x range multiplier instead of a 1.25x multiplier.
