Notes
This armor currently grants a huge amount of DEF (the most DEF out of all the leather armors and the same as the T14 heavy armor) in exchange for a small mobility penalty. Because most leather armor classes have an extremely high base SPD stat, spare the Archer and Huntress, this penalty is usually negligible.
Keep in mind, however, that the Leviathan Armor gives +7 DEX, so using this armor is essentailly a -7 DEX & -3 SPD penalty in exchange for a +5 DEF boost.
Because of this, only use this armor if you’re willing to take the hit to your DPS in exchange for additional survivability.
Certainly not the best on Archers/Huntresses because of the lack of a high DEX cap; however, it is a godsend to Ninjas and dagger classes where the loss of DPS is usually well worth the ability to stay in combat longer.
History
Before Patch X.32.7.0 (Feb 2020), this item had a stat bonus of +21 DEF, -2 SPD.
Before Exalt Version 1.5.0.0 (May 2021), this item gave +24 DEF and -4 SPD.
