Notes:
This prism has a long duration (7 seconds) while costing 15 mana less that the tiered prism with the same duration, making this prism fairly efficient.
However the stat bonuses slightly lowers your DPS, you do not teleport, and the decoy doesn’t move. This makes the prism effective for placing decoys that you don’t want to move and when mana is a concern.
