Note:The Candy Ring is usually used as pet food for common and uncommon pets, but can sometimes come in handy due to the 10 Speed it gives. It all depends how much the -10 Wis and -100 max MP is affecting the player. Characters going for the mundane fame bonus find the Candy Ring more useful than others, as the MP and Wis reduction do not really effect them at all.
