Notes
The Cloak of Bloody Surprises is an incredibly rare ability item with a strong offensive focus, due to a +25 ATT grant coupled with an invisibility effect, allowing the bearer to deal massive damage while keeping concealed.
In comparison to the tiered cloaks, in particular the T6 Cloak of Ghostly Concealment and T7 Collector’s Monocle. While the two ATT buffs (from both the cloak and the accessory) do not stack, using the ability and then procing the boost from monocle will cause the +25 ATT boost from bloody to displace the ATT boost provided by the monocle, allowing one to switch to another cloak and keep up the +25 ATT boost indefinitely without the slow debuff.
Finally, the cloak is excellent for both solo and team use assuming that one know how to position oneself. However, it is to be noted that one will have to wait 1.5 seconds to cloak again due to the cooldown.
This item used to grant the user with the Damaging effect, which was unfortunately rendered useless in the vicinity of a Paladin, due to the Paladin’s Damaging buff lasting longer than that of the cloak.
