This cloak is sometimes used as a replacement from the higher tiered cloaks due to the fact that its lower MP cost can let a player using it cloak more times in a row (and thus for a longer duration) than if they were to use a T5 or T6.

History
This item was added in Build 97 (June 2010), and called the “Cloak of Greater Speed” until Build 104 (Sep 2010).

Before Patch X.32.7.0 (Feb 2020), this item had an MP cost of 80, an invisible duration of 5 seconds, and a cooldown of 6 seconds.
