A balanced ring similar in function to the Experimental Ring. The boosts in multiple stats, especially Speed and Attack, are neat, but the latter is counterbalanced by a Dexterity reduction. However, if you’re willing to deal with the DEX loss for the balanced stats, then this ring is worth using - especially since it’s not extremely rare, dropping from standard enemies in the Mad Lab.
