Notes:
Despite the drunk effect, this item boosts DPS by a lot. Using this in conjunction with Effusions and Tinctures, as well as having a Paladin apply Damaging and Warrior apply Berserk, can increase DPS an insane amount. If the drunk effect is particularly detrimental in a situation, this can be cleared with Holy Water or a Priest with a Tome of Purification.
