Notes
This star is a solid ninja equip for beginners despite its poor combat ability, due to its cheap MP cost, ability to slow down targets, and a halved MP/second consumption compared to tiered stars allowing for a longer Speedy duration.

However, it remains a niche selection even later into the game, since its ability to Slow targets and superb MP efficiency with regards to Speedy are not offered by any alternatives, making it a relatively easily accessible equip for crippling foes or rushing.
