The Twilight Gemstone is a highly sought after and rare Shatters UT drop. Although it is Similar to the Ring of the Sphinx from the Tomb Of The Ancients Dungeon, it gives a MP stat bonus that is slightly higher than Sphinx and defense and speed instead of wisdom and dexterity which can be very helpful for “squishier” classes.
This ring is perfect for any class that benefits from having a higher MP amount with added defense and speed. These characters can include Priest, Knight, Assassin, Ninja, Necromancer, Sorcerer and Rogue. Although it can be used on any class of your liking. ( A quick breakdown of the benefits to the classes mentioned below).
Priest - it allows another heal, and when paired with prot it can give you another 12 defense and another available cast which can be handy in tight situations.
Knight - Allows for another stun, the extra speed and defense also allows even easier rushing.
Assassin - Because of the defense the Assassin becomes a little less “squishy” as well as improving speed and allowing for another poison to be thrown.
Ninja - It gives the ninja extra speed which increase as its ability is activated whilst still retaining defense as well as increased speedy time if your rushing and the ability to throw another Star if you are on the offensive
Necromancer - The extra MP allows for another skull to be used which can be life saving if used on a enemy, and the speed and the defense add to the survivability of the class.
Sorcerer - The sorcerer has a very low amount of hp and unlike the Necromancer it can’t heal itself. The extra defense and speed allows for the sorcerer to have a longer survivability. Whilst still having the ability to shoot out another scepter blast getting in the crucial dps for drops, as the sorcerer has very low dps.
Rogue - Because the rogue is usually used as a rushing class this ring is very useful for the rogue. The extra def and speed give it extras boost where it is most needed whilst rushing as the rogue can get into sticky situations and not be able to cloak again. As the rogue is rather squishy, cloaking can be the point between life or death.
