Notes
A DPS-oriented item for an otherwise support-oriented class, the parrots spawned by either the using the ability of through its proc can inflict large amounts of damage to enemies. The proc is particularly effective if paired with a high rate-of-fire weapon such as the Thousand Shot, DEX-boosting equipment/consumables (ex. Effusions of Dexterity), or buffs such as 
Berserk (from Warriors). Moreover, unlike tiered lutes, this item (along with the Pharaoh’s Requiem) does not have a cooldown, allowing one Bard to keep a party indefinitely Inspired with a sufficiently powerful Magic Heal pet. The tradeoff of the massive DPS capabilities and no cooldown of this item is that it does not inflict 
DEF boost on the user, unlike tiered lutes.
Be warned that having a large swarm of parrots can cause significant lag both for the user and other players.
