Because of the teleporting ability and 0.5 second shorter cooldown, this cloak is more useful for rushing dungeons in comparison to the tiered cloaks, and Ghastly Drape, in dungeons like the Tomb of the Ancients and the Wine Cellar. It may also be used to destroy the Secret Switch of the second boss in The Shatters, though it would take longer to reach than it would a Trickster due to its 6 second cooldown. If you’re a risk taker or a thrill seeker, you could solo the first and second switches, if you timed pulling out correctly or used Ghost Pirate Rum in between cloaks.
A Word of Warning:
When using the cloak, the player is first teleported and then (hopefully) immediately cloaked. This may in rare cases cause an enemy to fire directly in your face, due to your short visibility. Therefore, try not to teleport closer than necessary to bosses, especially Cube Gods.
