The Crystal Necromancer Set and the Coral Huntress Set were the first themed sets to be released, in build 122 (February 2012).
This set is fairly terrible to use in its entirety. The staff has a very slight range increase over tiered alternatives, and the skull affects a large area, so both of these items are useful, but the armor and ring provide not a single point of DEF nor any HP bonus between them.
