Made up of four white bag items dropping in an endgame location, the Cultist Necromancer Set is very hard to assemble. The set is curious to use, since the staff requires ‘backwards’ aiming, which does not coordinate too well with use of the skull. The set’s passive stat bonuses are however very good.
